We rented bamboo chairs, napkins, and metal archway for our wedding and all of the items were well made and turned out beautiful in our pictures. Would definitely recommend.

I rented candelabras and other decor for my wedding and they were all available and clean upon picking them up. The rental process was simple and easy. I don't recall any gliches in communication and the pricing was comparable to other vendors. I would recommend them.

Delivered on time, and quality of products were great. Delivery was pricey so if you can pick up yourself it is recommended. Easy to add and change order up to 24hrs of rental.

Everything was great, except we arranged a different delivery date, and they still showed up on the original- then tried to charge me for it! Everything ended up being fixed in the end- a relief! Just wish the communication was clearer the first time through- I'm sure this was an unusual circumstance for this company

Although the staff is nice enough - I never felt very confident in talking with them. The only reason we used them was that I used to work in the catering industry and that company always used them - plus I couldn't find anyone with better pricing.Don't use their cake stand - the thing was beveled and made my cake look lopsided! Also, the day before the wedding they were trying to change my linens cause someone hadn't returned all of theirs. I kind of understand that but the way they broached it with me was by throwing one of their staff under the bus and saying - are we sure we ahve the right size? the girl who helped you was new. So needless to say that delayed us setting up the hall cause the items weren't ready for pickup and I was highly annoyed that they waited till the morning of pickup to discuss this.I would use them again, if I had too.
