I was so happy that I had an experience with Alicia's Bridal .The boutique was specious and carry all kinds of gorgeous pieces. And I loved atmosphere in it - very relaxing and stuff is very helpful.

Ciarra was wonderful, helpful, went above and beyond to help me find a bridal shop in Spokane that would alter my dress. She was honest, sincere and helpful, professional and followed-through. As always, Alicias was the place to go.

I love Alicia's Bridal!! It's family owned and run, so they really care about their customers. They'll spend as much time as needed to find the dress that is perfect for you. I bought my dress off the floor because I needed it quick and I got a huge discount! They altered it there for me and it turned out amazing. They helped me find a veil that went well and I always felt valued and appreciated by the staff. If you're anywhere in the area - you've got to go here. Support the local business - forget David's!! Alicia's is where it's at!

I went to a dress fitting with a friend at Alicia's Bridal. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there are a lot of beautiful dresses! My only complaint would be that it's a little pricey, but maybe that was just me. I didn't have a big dress budget!

Very friendly and helpful service. They gave us a military discount! Their flexibility was great and needed since the groomsmen didn't arrive until 1 day before the wedding to get fitted for their tuxedos.

I only had to go to one place to try on dresses and found the one at alicia's. They were comfortable and helpful and I felt no pressure.

I loved working with Gretchen, she had me try on a dress I was just okay with and it turned out to be the one! She was really tuned into me in just one visit! I love my dress and I loved working with the ladies there they were all so nice tome and didn't mind me coming to "visit" my dress there every few weeks. At first they measured me incorrectly and they sent the dress back and got me a new one before my wedding at no extra cost to me.

I probably went to Alicia's 3-4 times to try on dresses for up to 2 hours at a time… but could never find a dress that actually looked like me. Joanna was so patient and helpful during the entire process, that when I FINALLY found a dress, I didn't price shop because I wanted her to have the commission. I did get it 10% off because it was a "trunk sale," but know I could have found it cheaper online. I was fairly pleased with my experiences, and found that everyone was very friendly. I just wish it wasn't quite as expensive… other shops seemed to have somewhat lower prices for similar quality dresses. As for the alterations, overall they were good, but I think that either she made a mistake in the bust or I didn't say what I wanted clearly enough. The dress was strapless and gave me the armpit rollover thing that I was desperately trying to avoid and didn't see in the fittings. I was really disappointed by that, but don't know for sure if it was just caused by the way my sister tightened my dress or if it was due to the alterations.I just read someone else's review about them giving a pink bag instead of an actual garment bag at the outlet next door. I just want to note that I bought my dress from the actual store (not the outlet) but I was given the pink bag too (not a real garment bag).

The staff at Alicia's was great. Very attentive and helpful in all manners of pick out my dress. The same person worked with me for the entire 5 month period leading up to me wedding and made sure that my dress was perfect.

Alicia's Bridal was great! The staff there was super friendly and would go out of your way to help you find the perfect dress. The best part of Alicia's Bridal was that they would price match your gown from another bridal store. If they didn't have that dress in stock for you, they will order it in for you. They were always available to help with slotting in for dress fitting and made sure you were comfortable with your choices.

I got my wedding gown at the Alicia's Bridal Outlet. I had looked everywhere for the perfect gown with no luck, so I was ecstatic when I found it ready to go and 1/2 off. I got lucky because it fit like a glove, no alterations necessary. It's definitely worth checking out because you can save a lot on really beautiful gowns, but it's hit and miss as they're just selling off the sample gowns from the previous seasons designs. The woman who helped me was very sweet, and even pulled a veil out of the back when I described what I was looking for. I was pretty pissed off when they brought out my gown in a pink plastic trash bag instead of a proper garment bag. I had just spent over $1,200 in their store after all. When I asked for a real garment bag I was told that since I was at the outlet they were not included and they charged me $15. It felt really cheap and low to get penny pinched like that. So, I bought all my bride's maids gowns, shoes, and accessories at Belle Bridal in Bellingham and they were awesome! I wish I had found the right wedding gown there.
