Bobbi Roth Weddings

I found Bobbi online by chance and can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I did. From our first conversation Bobbi made me actually feel like a bride, she asked a ton of questions from how we first met to what we like to do for fun! She really got to know Joel and I as a couple and I felt like I had known her forever just after a few meetings! Bobbi introduced Joel and me to the most amazing vendors, which added to the overall success of our wedding day! I really do feel that Joel and I had the dream team because of Bobbi! The entire year of planning went so smooth, I was never stressed out, she was always there to answer all my questions via email or phone, went with me to meet with vendors, designed and made my wedding invitations, went to my final fitting to help me complete my look, put together our centerpieces, turned the room over during cocktail hour, and made our day flow flawlessly! Bobbi coordinated with all our vendors throughout the wedding day and the entire evening flowed from one thing to the next! I didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire day, even more importantly, my mom and family members got to enjoy the entire day without having to help with anything. That was so important to both Joel and I. I have got so many compliments from guest that our wedding was the best they've ever been too and that it was so much fun! I have Bobbi to thank for that. She listened and not only nailed down the look, but got the "feel" of we were going for. Thank you so much Bobbi, our wedding was everything I imaged and dreamed it would be and I have you to thank for that! You are amazing at what you do!

My husband and I hired Bobbi as our Day of coordinator. Her service was worth every penny, I don't know what we would have done without her on the day of. It would have been a mess! She is wonderful to work with, SO responsive with emails, which as a flight attendant gone all the time I found to be very very important during the planning process. She coordinated with all my vendors and made everything run like clockwork. Thanks for your hard work Bobbi, I will be sending all my girlfriends to you in the next few years :)

Bobbi went above and beyond to help me during my wedding planning phase. She always be there for me. She's also very flexible and full with creative ideas! On the day of the wedding, she made me feel very relax because I know that she took care everything for me! She's awesome.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Bobbi was amazing from day one. The first time my husband and I sat down to meet with her, I knew that she captured our vision. I was 100% confident in her decisions/opinions. She truly helped us in creating the most AMAZING night of our life. She was organized and on task with everything. My (now) Husband and I give nothing but the highest marks for Bobbi. We were dealing with a very difficult wedding - 11 months from engagement to wedding date, planned on the other side of the country for the first 9 of those months, with a cross country move and a very frazzled bride, to boot. :) We found her through a recommendation on WeddingBee, and were won over by a phone interview. We both especially appreciated her listening to both of our ideas and concerns (sometimes we found wedding vendors to have an overly bride-centric point of view, not our cup of tea.) Even though officially she was only our day-of-coordinator, she was always willing to help recommend great vendors when it wasn't possible for me to meet with them in person, or when I had completely put off ordering flowers until 2 weeks before the wedding day and my original planned florists were MIA. :) Hubby also has glowing reviews, saying that Bobbi was invaluable in helping get the venue set up and keeping him from having to manage details and vendors while feeling like a bag of nervousness. Always a plus. :D

I was probubly a wedding planner's nightmare! My phone broke about a month or so before the wedding so the only way to get ahold of me was through my sister and my soon to be husband. With all the information and communication being relayed back and forth I was imagining chaos! Thankfully, when Bobbi arrived she took the reigns and gain control over everything. She had also helped me to organize and take care of my need not forgets prior to the big day. I'm so thankfull and relieved to have had her help, she lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders and everything came together beautifully!

Bobbi Roth was the reason our wedding was so successful. Without her we would not have had the day we dreamed of, but thanks to her we did. We contacted her less than three months before our wedding and we didn't have anything except for the venue, photographer and DJ done. She was extremely professional and always kept us on track. She made sure everything got done and helped take all of the stress off of our shoulders. Everytime we needed something Bobbi was right there, no matter the time of day. She is also a great negotiator with vendors. Simply put, Bobbi Roth made miracles happen. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

Bobbi is absolutely phenomenal--she exceeded all of my expectations for a Day-of-Coordinator. Bobbi stepped in just when I needed her, helping to pull together all of the plans that I had worked so hard on during the past year. One of the things I appreciate most about Bobbi is that she cares deeply about the people she works with, and it is evident in everything she does that this is more than just a "job" to her. Bobbi made an effort to really get to know my husband, myself, our families, and the dreams we had for our special day--so much so that by the day of the wedding, I was truly content knowing she was in control. Bobbi's presence allowed my husband and I to enjoy and take-in every moment of our special day together, which is something we will be forever appreciative of.

Bobbi was an absolute dream to work with. She adjusted very well to the scope of assistance that my husband and I needed and really got our vision. Her services were invaluable to helping make all of our planning, crafting, and creating come together on the day of the wedding. Bobbi worked well with all of our vendors and with our church wedding hostess. Issues on the day of were non-issues because Bobbi took care of it. Bobbi helped me hand-in-hand the entire way through my wedding process as my full-service wedding coordinator. She was always honest with her opinions and truly listened to me to ensure I had the wedding of my dreams. All of the little details can be overwhelming... Bobbi made sure that I was never stressed and always assured me everything would turn out wonderful. She helped me in ALL aspects of the wedding and was confident and FUN! Bobbi is Amazing! I can not say enough good things about her. She really helped make our wedding day perfect! I honestly do not know what we would have done without her. There is no way we could have kept on a timely day of schedule with out her! She was very organized and kept everyone and everything right on track. It was so nice to have someone there to take care of little things so we could really enjoy our day. She helped set everything up the morning of the wedding and even conducted our rehearsal the night before...all while being 7 months pregnant!!! Prior to the wedding she met with us multiple times to go over details, ideas, etc. She also kept in contact with us throughout the planning process and offered her help with anything we needed. She is a great listener (she really got the whole feel that we were looking for) and has some great ideas! I would whole-heartedly recommend Bobbi to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. Bobbi was so wonderful throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was always available to answer questions and help guide me in the right direction. I did most of my wedding planning myself but she was there to help steer me in the right direction when it came to formalities. There are always little things that you forget about when you have so much to plan and she was so knowledgeable and helpful about every little detail. I cannot even thank Bobbi enough for all of her help the day of my wedding in arranging all of the vendors, getting everyone and everything coordinated and done in a timely fashion. My wedding was a dream come true for me and the best part was that me and my family got to enjoy it! I would recommend Bobbi highly to anyone who is even thinking about having a wedding coordinator, especially if you are planning it yourself because you do not want to be the one on your wedding day that has to execute all of those plans!! Bobbi has a great "can-do" attitude that is very helpful on your wedding day and also in the planning process. Also, she has a very calm demeanor that I was super appreciative on my wedding day when I was stressed! I would definitely recommend Bobbi to anyone looking for a coordinator

Bobbi was a huge help in making my wedding happen! She was great in responding to all of my questions and requests and ensuring we stick to the time line, which was highly important to me. I had around 30 people in my bridal party and over 200 guests, and she directed them to the right locations effortlessly to keep with the timeline and the party flowing. Also, Bobbi helped make my reception beautiful by adding the decorative elements not covered by my florist, such as place cards, bouquets, candles, etc. as well as gathering and cleaning all of the ceremony decorations and transferring them to the reception. Furthermore, Bobbi was flexible to my last minute changes, so if any bride needs to make any changes last minute (not that I'm really encouraging it ;) ), no worries because Bobbi is great in handling them. Overall, I'm glad and relieved that I had Bobbi as my wedding planner, and my family, husband, and I were able to have such a great time at our wedding and create fond memories!

Bobbi knew exactly what she was doing, she was well organized and on top of all my needs and wedding details. I know that my big day would not have been such a success if Bobbi had not been there to take care of all of the details; she was an invaluable resource to me during all of my wedding planning and my wedding day. It was so nice to have someone else worrying for me, so that I could do nothing but enjoy my wedding. Bobbi does all of that for you, she takes care of everything and lets you just be the happy bride. Bobbi was an amazing wedding coordinator that I could not have done without. I recommend her highly.
