Chic Celebrations

I really loved the quality work Melissa put into our reception. Many of my guests were taken aback when they saw the decor. She also was very flexible and reasonably priced. My only worry was when my final payment had been misplaced. It took awhile to get ahold of Melissa and I was sitting on pins and needles hoping my check wasn't cashed by someone else. Nonetheless, a great vendor!?!

Her service was excellent at far as the quality of what we got! She was great and had a great eye for decor and color! Very easy to work with. The only complaint or comment I have was a lot of the time it would take her a while to reply to emails or get back to me. I'm not talking about with hard facts or a renewed invoice...but just to email me or call me back and say I"m working on it and will have it to you at this time. There were times were I didn't hear anything for weeks and I didn't know if she had gotten my email. I know she is busy so I take all of that in with a grain of salt, but if there was anyway she could send an email just to say she got yours and that she was working on it..I think that would have eased some nerves. But overall she was amazing and I would book her all over again!

Melissa was very professional and enjoyed working with her. All the decorations were more than a had hoped for and loved seeing it all come together. my only complaint was with the flowers. i am not sure where the communication was lost, but the bouquets, and table centerpieces were not what i had thought we discussed. don't get me wrong they were beautiful, but when you spend a year planning, it is a little disappointing to see them not as you thought you had discussed. again i do not know if this is my fault or the fault of someone else. i would definitely recommend chic celebrations, she did a wonderful job, just make sure if you're as picky as i am that you go through everything in detail.

If anyone can create a more beautiful wedding, I don't know who it is!!! Chic Celebrations planned for color, season, desired look and knew what would and wouldn't work -- and did it all with a smile! The very best decorator anywhere!!!!!

I feel so lucky to have worked with Melissa at Chic Celebrations! Ours was a multi-cultural event requiring a decorator with not only talent but vision. We came to Melissa with a blank slate and she transformed our venue into an elegant and vibrant affair! The main pavilion was stunning and, at her suggestion, we arranged a series of tented spaces to move our guests through out the party. She handled the set-up and staging for a live band and dancers, making certain there were no glitches. Melissa was with us every step. She arrived early and stayed late, seeing to the details herself. What more can I say about Chic Celebrations? Fabulous! Professional! Elegant! Perfect!
