This was our second wedding with Dani Weiss Photography. Can't say enough good things about her and the quality of her work! She always made sure the focus was on capturing the event and never about displaying her work. Her work is excellent which speaks for itself. Dani was a lot of fun to work with. She took charge as needed and made use of all opportunities for unique shots. I would recommend her without any hesitation!

Dani photographed my elopement. She was great! I gave her a little over a months notice and it was no problem. She was available every time I called. She made suggestions that were useful and pertinent to my situation. The day of the wedding, she was punctual. My husband and I feel that she captured the mood of our wedding day perfectly. This was especially important to us because the only glimpse our families got of our special day were through these pictures. I relive that day every time I look at them. I look forward to doing business with Dani in the future!

We chose Dani to photograph our wedding and could not be happier! From my first conversation with Dani, she made me laugh and charmed me with her fun personality. From that point on she was always responsive and available to answer my questions and was incredibly helpful with recommendations.I quickly realized that with Dani's many years of experience as a wedding photographer, that not only is she an amazing artist, but also full of fabulous wedding advice!! From decisions on color choices & makeup artists to input on our wedding time line, she was right there to help. I loved that Dani would always be direct and honest with me, but with a side kick of humor that just seemed to relax me and make everything fun.When the wedding day came, Dani was organized and professional and again, incredibly helpful. She captured the fun and beauty of our wedding in photo after photo, from spontaneous moments down to the smallest details, and did not miss a thing. Thanks to Dani, we have beautiful photos to last forever.

Dani is amazing. Not only is she a fabulous photographer, she is a very fun person to work with! She is also very organized and and extraordinarily helpful when it comes to putting the details of the wedding together. We planned our wedding from across the country and didn't need a wedding coordinator because Dani was so helpful with every aspect of the event.

Dani photographed our commitment ceremony in September 2010 and she did a great job of capturing the look and feel of the day. In planning our event, we originally wanted an emphasis on "celebration" (vs. ceremony). We held this as an open house with a time-out for us to say a few words and invite a blessing from our families and friends. In short, we wanted someone to document the party and capture the spontaneity of the moment. We were happy with the quality of her work and pleased with the result.We met with Dani in advance and she showed us her work. She had a lot of examples that seemed to resonate with what we wanted. We're not particularly camera shy, but we originally didn't want a lot of posed pictures--just some fun family groupings. We followed Dani's guidance and had some family picture groupings before the event started. One of Dani's great qualities is her way of "herding cats". She was assertive, but kept things light and relaxed in getting our families in place (not an easy task with a group that doesn't like having their picture taken). Dani was prepared, professional, and as much "personal assistant" as photographer. She checked in with me and my partner throughout the evening to make sure things were going ok and that we were taking care of ourselves. I'd definitely recommend Dani.

Dani was perfect for our big day! We have a very large family and she was able to efficiently work her way through all the family members and also make everyone laugh for the photos. She was great at taking traditional pictures, but our favorite part was her creative perspective. We enjoyed working with Dani and she will be the first person we'll call if we ever need a photographer again.

Dani is a hugely talented and flexible photographer. We just finished making albums and we are delighted with the results! Despite very challenging circumstances (pouring rain for an outdoor wedding and reception) she captured our big day beautifully. She also knows the wedding business inside and out and will give candid advice about just about anything related to weddings. She has a great sense of humor and she's fun to be around. We recommend her highly!

From my very first inquiry to the editing process we are in now, working with Dani has been AMAZING! She is extremely attentive and gave us honest feedback when we'd share our ideas. She accommodated us at the last minute to take advantage of a great weather opportunity for our engagement photos. She checked in with us often and kept us on schedule, and, besides her professionalism, she was also so much fun to work with and be around. Her photography was one of only two things that I never worried once about from the moment we were in contract (our caterer was the other). Oh yeah, did I mention that she takes incredible photos, too? We love, love, love our photos! We can't wait until we need her services again.

Dani Weiss was exactly what we were looking for in a photographer.They were very friendly, easy to work with, and makes things very easy. What I like most about Dani Weiss photography was her flexibility, friendliness, and how fast she was at getting us the finished product! She reviewed all the photos with us after we were done, which was very nice. We ended up in Seattle's The Knot wedding magazine with one of her photos from the wedding, which was pretty nice!

Dani was great! She helped us out numerous times with little "fixes"- dabbing lint away, or sewing a loose thread on a dress bust. She takes charge, knows what she'd doing, but definitely listens, and has a great sense of humor! Very comfortable to work with!

My partner and I did a lot of research and deliberated thoroughly before hiring a photographer for our July 2008 wedding. We were looking for someone who would take excellent photos to tell the story of the day, but it was equally important to us that we find someone with whom we were comfortable, someone who would not be at all squeamish about two men walking down the aisle. We didn't want to break the bank, but we agreed that photography was important enough to be one of our bigger expenses, since the images would shape our memories of the day and last a lifetime. We found Dani's website online, and then met her the very next day at a wedding show. And we kept running into her! She showed us her work, took the time to meet with us, and really won us over. As I mentioned already, we did interview a number of other photographers but we kept coming back to Dani because of her experience, professionalism, quality and, frankly, her humor. Leading up to our wedding, she was extremely helpful with reminders and recommendations. About a month before our wedding, I got the idea of doing a large group shot of all of our wedding guests together; Dani and I discussed the pros and cons, and she was very willing to try and make that happen for us (which she did, beautifully). On the day of the wedding, she and her second shooter were absolute pros, so pleasant, fun and thorough. The photos they took for us do indeed capture the people, details, and both the big and small moments of the day, but the emotion also comes through very strongly--such beautiful and loving shots. Dani was very timely in turning the photos around and posting our website, especially during her busiest time of the year. We were entirely pleased and would recommend her without hesitation.

I strongly recommend Dani Weiss. She was very easy to talk to and I was confident leading up to the wedding that she understood what was important to us. She wrangled family for formal pictures efficiently without being too bossy and was stealthy enough to capture great candids during our event. She has a fun, upbeat personality and we all (guests included) found her to be warm and friendly while also getting the job done.

Dani did a great job for our wedding; from engagement photos through the ceremony and reception. Beautiful mix of black and white classic-looking pics and more standard color pics. Plus just a fun lady and a good person. Our friends had previously hired Dani for their wedding and recommended her; we certainly do as well.
