E E Robbins - Engagement & Wedding Rings Bellevue

My husband and I bought both of our wedding bands and my engagement band from EE Robbins. While we started out in the Tacoma store we ended up in Bellevue working with Tony and are so pleased with the level of service that we received from him. He is great at his job and really puts you at ease about making such a significant purchase. EE Robbins is a great company and we are happy with the products that we received, but the service that we got from Tony really stands heads and shoulders above others. On top of it all, I have a unique, gorgeous ring and my husband is thrilled with his as well. Thank you!!

I love my rings. However, there was major delay in getting my engagement ring. Twice two different dates were promised and then not followed through. When we had the sizes adjusted it was the same story. Was not sure until a week before if I would have my wedding band for my wedding, despite it supposed to have been there two weeks prior to wedding.

We had a custom wedding band created here to match my single-diamond engagement ring. It has a strange shape, but they were able to create a custom band with diamonds and rubies that fits perfectly upon the engagement ring. They look beautiful together, and I get many compliments. Even when I was unsatisfied with the engagement diamond, they quickly exchanged it for another one of my choosing. Amazing service and they are great at calling when they are ready.

EE Robbins is the best! Even if you come in with a small budget, they treat you like a king and queen. My ring is beautiful and unique and we didn't feel the least bit of pressure to stretch our budget or do something more traditional. AND they actually helped me fix my favorite necklace for free. AMAZING!

The staff here are wonderful! They provided us great service and their rings are very gorgeous. The quality of the ring was outstanding much better then i expected it to be. Overall i would recommend this place to any of my friends.

EE Robbins is a great place to try on rings, and it is where we ended up buying all three of ours. However, when my husband's ring came in, it was not brushed like it was supposed to be, and a manager NOT A GOLDSMITH took it and tried to brush it, but only did an uneven scratchy finish. When we went back, a real goldsmith was there and fixed it. My wedding ring came in a .25 size too small and wouldn't fit on my finger. They took it back and re-ordered it. It came in and it fit, but all in all getting our wedding rings was much more stressful than it needed to be. Our experience with my engagement ring couldn't have been better, though, so we still recommend EE Robbins. Just don't let anyone but a goldsmith anywhere near your ring.

I went to all the wedding/engagement ring stores around the area and this one had by far the most unique selection for the best price. The ring I found is so beautiful. I get lots of great comments about how different and pretty it is. The customer service was the best of all the stores as well. They were friendly, warm and caring, NOT pushy like a lot of the other places.

My engagement ring, wedding band, and my husbands wedding band were all purchased here. The service was informative, and very welcoming. They helped us stay in our budget and the quality of the jewelry is beautiful.

We got our rings from EE Robbins... we love them. Mine was a custom piece that EE Robbins worked with a local designer to create. Perfect!

My husband loved EE Robbins, they gave him the best service that i have ever heard of, they answered all his questions, and after i got the ring if i had any questions they were sure to be there for me in and with anything i asked! They have some amazing people there and there prices are very reasonable!

Loved these people!! Great service, gorgeous rings, and I always had so much fun when I went to the store! We bought our rings at the downtown Seattle store and John was always wonderful helping us out!

We had a wonderful experience here! Although we had already bought my ring before moving to the Seattle area, I hadn't quite found the ring for my husband. I took him to EE Robbins and the salesman there was great, very informative and not pushy at all. He really took care of us, and since we were on a bit of a deadline, he got the ring to us (engraved and everything) faster than he had origionally quoted. We will be going back there again, and are telling all our friends to do the same!

Fantastic customer service, a relaxing and comfortable environment, and just overall a great experience. We feel like our rings are unique and custom, not something you would find just anywhere, and had a fun time picking them out.

The price for my wife wedding ring was perfect and It couldn't have come with better service.Everyone at EE Robbins is great to work with.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from E.E. Robbins in Bellevue, and though a few of the sales staff treated him not as nicely as he would have like, he eventually ended up working with a sales representative named Courtney who really helped him and looked out for him. Later, we went back to purchase a matching wedding band for my engagement ring at this store, and we wanted Courtney to help us out again. Apparently, platinum prices were soaring at this time, and the ring we were pretty set on buying but hadn't put a deposit on yet suddenly increased in price by several hundreds of dollars. Courtney knew how much we wanted that ring, so she set the display ring aside (without us asking for it) and checked to find out if the display ring could be resized for my tiny finger. After she found out she could sell us the display ring for the original price (before the price increase), and that the ring could be sized down for me, she called to let us know. We decided to go ahead and get the ring immediately! Her help was invaluable to us. E.E. Robbins doesn't have a humoungous amount of choice, but among the rings that they do have, they carry some pretty great designers who do vintage style rings, as well as some more modern looks too.

They have some of the best collection of diamonds here.The possibilities where endless for my wedding ring.Their prices are perfectly matched for all the diamond types.I received a beautiful ring from them that shines wherever I go.

I love my engage ring and felt the time spent finding my ring set was excellent. My mother felt that our original saleslady was too flirtacious and preferred a more established jeweler. :(
