Good Taste Weddings and Events

Jody, Maude and the rest of the Good Taste Events Team were amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful and creative they are. They really understood the kind of event we wanted and help us acheive a fun,unique and memorable wedding and reception. We loved the DIY option to create truly special coorespondence from the Save the Date's clear through the Thank You cards. They helped us to assemble a "dream team" of vendors and took care of us when things didn't go as we had originally planned. That is the mark of a great wedding planner. When things go wrong, can they help you make the right and even better. That's what Good Taste Events did for us. I will miss this unbelievable team. They are truly special. We are planning a post-wedding, photo viewing pary so we get to see them again! Jody, Maude, Heather, Alex and Miles, We LOVE YOU!

Hiring Good Taste Events was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. They made us feel like we were their only clients, and were there for us whenever we needed ANYTHING. Our wedding had a number of fairly large disasters and I never once lost my cool because the Good Taste gals solved the problems before I'd even heard of them.I know this review probably sounds cheesy - nobody could be that incredible, right? - but I'll say this to all you Seattle brides out there: go have a meeting with Good Taste. Five minutes with them and you'll see how amazing they are. Seriously.

We can't say enough about how fabulous Jody, Heather, Maude and the entire Good Taste Weddings and Events team is! Our wedding was more than we had ever imagined in our wildest dreams. We had described the "experience" we wanted for our special day and for our families; they simply made it reality. We were able to enjoy it all since they had everything taken care of and then some. I highly recommend their services and more over they are all just fun to work with as well as professional. Thanks to Good Taste our wedding is a marvelous memory.

We loved every minute of the planning process with Jody. She and her team were so much fun! Jody got along very well with all our vendors, which definitely brought out the best in all of them. On the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, she moved everybody along firmly but without seeming the least bit pushy. Jody was also creative and thoughtful with all the lovely details. On the day of the wedding she brought low fat breakfast goodies for the girls as they got ready. She had thoughtfully printed out directions from the church to the reception venue and tied them up with pretty blue ribbons. Our cake topper somehow toppled off the cake and broke, but Jody had it fixed within minutes and nobody even noticed! Jody was very efficient behind the scenes, and was calm and collected, except at the ceremony when we noticed her crying as much as our parents :-) We had the best times of our lives...and all our guests said it was a very well planned wedding. We owe our biggest thanks therefore to Jody!

Every meeting with Jody and her team only made me more at ease with the whole wedding-planning process. Good Taste proved to be worth every penny the week of the wedding. They were the ones running around with the last minute details--not me (the bride) or my family. They made our wedding picture perfect.

Jody was incredible to work with. She was completly on the same page with us at all times. She has an incredible vision and was able to understand our vision even when we were finding it difficult to communicate it to her and her team. We were so impressed with the way she worked with all of our vendors and how well they all worked together thanks to her. Everyone of our vendors commented on how much they enjoyed working with her. We loved every second of our wedding and our daughters christening, but were truly sad when it was all over because we would not be in the nearly daily contact we were with Jody. She is simply a blessing and was the reason our day was so incredible.
