We used Love Blooms for our wedding on September 10, 2011. Katrina worked with us on our centerpieces, floral bouquets, and linens. We are so thankful for all the assistance Katrina gave us in planning out wedding. We really appreciated that she worked with our budget and constantly gave us ideas on how to stay within our budget. Caity Garness, our Day of Coordinator, was absolutely fabulous and I would highly recommend her services. She handled everything - the set-up of the sites, coordination of the vendors, the ceremony and reception and the breakdown afterwards with such great aplomb,efficiency and professionalism. She listened to what we wanted and delivered beautifully. Five stars all the way!

I just got back from my honeymoon and want to say that Caity did an absolutely fantastic job coordinating my wedding. Her "day-of coordination" package is a great deal--and took considerable stress off of my groom and I so we could just sit back and enjoy the wedding we had worked so hard to plan and organize.
We ended up having to fire our DJ two weeks before the wedding, but Caity had another vendor set up in the old DJ's place within 24 hours AND negotiated a discounted price which meant we paid the same amount we had budgeted, despite the lost deposit.
Everyone, from my cousin to my father-in-law, commented on how hard Caity worked--she was flying from one end of the venue to the other lighting candles, cueing the music, paying the vendors, etc.
It might seem kind of ridiculous to give her all 5 stars for every category, but I feel pretty strongly that Caity is worth every penny and that we wouldn't have been able to pull off our wedding without her.

One of the best decisions that we made about our wedding was hiring Lori with LoveBlooms! Lori is amazing!!! Even from my first meeting, Lori was joy to work with and very easy to talk to. She was always very excited to talk about the wedding and enthusiastic with advice and help for the big day.
I was so happy that we had her as she really worked hard and was determined to make the celebration everything we wanted and more. Our wedding day was NO STRESS at all and everything went perfectly.
Lori was there at the rehearsal making sure that everyone pay attention and get through it (which was hard with this big of a group) and even managed to get our dog to walk down the aisle. She was there day of dealing with all of our vendors and cutting all of the roses for the centerpieces, setting up decor and making sure everything was set up perfectly. She worked with everyone to coordinate the ceremony and reception and checked in with me throughout the night to make sure I was taken care of, had a drink in hand, my dress was pinned up, etc. She was the last one to leave and being that the person set to take home much of the decor left without it, SHE packed it up and took most of it in her own car! Above and beyond is an understatement.
We originally wanted just a the day of wedding coordinator, but after hiring Lori, she was way more that that. A true asset in everything that she does. Her professionalism, attention to detail, organization skills and hard work is outstanding!
I tell all my friends and family that are getting married that they should hire a wedding coordinator for that special day. I highly recommend LoveBlooms for any bride who wants that extra special wedding of her dreams!
Thank you again Lori for such an amazing and wonderful day. We can not thank you enough.

I cannot even begin to describe how perfect my wedding was because of Caity. I hired her back in January to do day-of coordination for my June wedding and she went above and beyond to make my day special. The rentals were exactly what I wanted, the decorations were perfect, and I'm pretty sure nothing went wrong the day of my wedding. She was also quite helpful in rounding up the troops at the rehearsal, which made the ceremony completely perfect.
My wedding was the most stress-free day of my life because of Caity! Thank you!!!

Katrina knows people, planning and weddings inside & out. If she only ran our wedding rehearsal, she would have been worth twice the price! But she did way, way more than that. Among the many things she handled were: advising low cost solutions on party favors, directed the bridal party at the rehearsal & wedding, handled decor, managed last minute requests, got major discounts when the cupcake vendor was less than perfect and cleaned up the wedding venue so the family could enjoy the event itself. Not only that, she kept the wedding party laughing & having fun while she did her magic. Use her for ANY kind of event planning. The girl knows what she's doing!

Great Value!! As mom of the bride, it became clear later in the planning process that we would need HELP!, especially the wedding and rehearsal days. I went to Craig's List because the ones I was finding online were horrendously over our budget. Katrina saved us completely. Her price was right -- fabulous, in fact. There were a couple of misunderstandings, due to communication errors I think, but they were cleared up easily and beFORE the wedding. She and her assistant ran things and the wedding was perfect!! Not even a little tiny thing went wrong. How many people can say that about a wedding!? Best of all, all of us (family, friends) were freed up to just have a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend her/them to my friends.

I loved working with love blooms! They were there to make sure that everything went perfect on my wedding day, they took care of any problem that came up day of and were great at making sure that he entire event all the way to clean up went without a hitch. I also did linens and other rentals with love blooms, all that they brought was great quality and was both brought and cleaned up by them. They were so wonderful at working with my budget and allowing me to use both their rentals and their services for a great price. Their entire focus was on making or wedding perfect and making sure my family and I got to enjoy the day. My family said they were incredibly impressed with how well set up went and how sweet they were at the wedding. They allowed me time to be a bride and not stress out on my wedding day!

I'm going to start off by saying I honestly don't think I could have made it through the day without the help of Love Blooms (Katrina, Talisha and Caity.) From completely organizing everyone at the rehearsal to the wedding day, I couldn't have asked for more. I didn't want to have to tell people what to do or make sure every little thing was perfect on my wedding day, and that's exactly what Katrina did for me. She had a solution for any problem that came up and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be so I could just relax.
As a bride, in the planning process, you want to be able to talk out all the ideas you have and hopes for how it'll go... they were so easy to communicate with and had so many great ideas that I hadn't thought of. They were extremely easy to get a hold of with any questions I had too which was so important to me.
You really don't want to put all the pressure on yourself or your mom to make everything perfect, it was such a great decision to have Katrina and the girls help! I would recommend them to anyone interested. You will not regret it!!

Katrina Allen with Love Blooms Wedding and Event Design recently helped us with my daughter Anna's wedding. The wedding was large and fancy with 9 bridesmaids (and 9 groomsmen), 3 ring bearers and 2 flower girls. Just saying that because Katrina had a lot of responsibilities and people to deal with. I cannot say enough about this young lady. She was beautiful and caring and professional. She personally helped me so much and was perfect when problems came up. As mom of the bride, I had many responsibilities and my stress level was high. She calmed us all down with the right words to say and the take charge attitude that we needed. The problems that came up seemed insurmountable at the time by us, but were quickly solved by her. Her help to us was so valuable and completely needed! While the wedding itself turned out so amazing, Katrina herself was amazing behind the scenes helping to make it so. I highly recommend Katrina!

Five stars really does not do this girl justice. I hired Katrina last minute as a day-of-coordinator when I started to realize that I did not want myself or my mother to be running around worrying about the little things on my wedding day. And THANK GOD I did. From our very first meeting she was very professional, thinking of potential scenarios that had not even occurred to me. She came to the rehearsal which turned out to be very valuable since my church was less than experienced with wedding proceedings.
On the day of my wedding, Katrina did all the set-up at the reception (I basically handed her a bunch of trinkets/decorations and her creative eye made the room look better than I could have ever imagined), fixed my father's boutonniere when it snapped in two, shuffled flowers from the church to the reception in the pouring rain, counted cupcakes for me during one of my bridezilla moments, cleaned up at the end of the night, and I'm sure much more that I was not even aware of! She thought of so many extra things such as taking the personalized labeled wine bottles home with her because she knew (even before I did!) that I would want to keep them as a memento. She not only took care of me and my husband, but she also looked after my guests. She even drove a couple of my friends home when their taxi never showed up! Amazing.
Her attention to detail is impeccable and she is very trustworthy and thoughtful. I am grateful beyond words that she was there to make everything run smoothly so that my husband, family, guests and I could enjoy the day. She is an excellent coordinator worth far more than she charges. I recommended her wholeheartedly to anyone considering hiring a wedding coordinator. And if you are not considering at least a day-of-coordinator, trust me that you do not want your mom or Aunt Betty to be managing all these unpredictable nuances. HIRE KATRINA!

Katrina Allen, of Love Blooms Wedding and Event Design, is an incredible wedding coordinator. She helped me from the time I sought her out until after the wedding was over. The rehearsal and day of the wedding went by very smoothly because of all of her efforts. The best thing she told everybody who was helping decorate, set up, etc was "On the day of the wedding NOBODY, I mean NOBODY, goes to the bride for questions. You come to me. The bride needs absolutely no stress added to her day. She also needs to think that everything is going perfectly!" That was the best thing to hear. And it happened. I felt like the morning of went flawlessly. The only reason would be because of my AMAZING wedding coordinator.
If you are looking to hire a coordinator I HIGHLY recommend Katrina. She will make your life so much easier and your wedding absolutely perfect! Mine was product of that!!!!!!

Lori offered rehearsal and wedding coordination services as a wedding gift to my husband and I. It was great to know that she was there to advise me on things we had never thought of as the day quickly approached! I have a lot of wonderful family and friends who have and are always willing to help. However, by the time I found Mr. Wonderful most of them were out of state and could not help very much with wedding planning. I was a little heartbroken, in more ways than one, that I was doing most of it myself. So, I was thrilled when my husband told me of Lori's gift---that we could leave the rehearsal, ceremony and reception in her experienced hands!
Those of us in Washington State were so exhausted by the wedding that we were extremely grateful she was there to take up the slack! We had started decorating, which I had only wanted to be simple anyway, but neither I nor most of those available to decorate knew much about it. Flowers had been worked on for several weeks, yet still weren't all done after the rehearsal (the wedding party kind of ‘ballooned towards the end of the wedding planning’---whoops!). Somehow Lori and several friends, along with Lori’s emergency wedding supplies pulled it all together and it was BEAUTIFUL! :D
I am sure that there was a lot she did after the rehearsal and on the wedding morning that I don’t know about. One that I recently found out about was that she brought a lot of the candles that decorated the reception area. She also donated/loaned the flower petals that were scattered down the aisle during the ceremony. We had bought some, but they obviously got left behind. So, did the tons of candles my mom had packed for the wedding. What a crazy day! I am very thankful to the Lord for Lori and that she made sure everything we had not finished yet got done. That is a very valuable gift on any day, let alone an expensive and emotionally-charged-didn’t-have-enough-sleep day in a couple’s life! ;-)
There were a lot of friends (on the wedding day) who were willing, able and desirous to help and Lori coordinated them tactfully, firmly, effectively and efficiently. We were all very glad she was there! I am sure that there was more that she did, but I honestly cannot remember since I was so tired those few days before the wedding! I just know that the rehearsal, wedding and reception went really smoothly and happily. That was what my husband and I wanted, low stress and for the Lord to be glorified through our celebration!---and Lori was a much needed leader in that!
The only reason that I didn't give her a '5' on responsiveness was because I couldn't get in touch with her by email a couple of times. I found out soon after, however, that texting is the best way to contact her. She responded right away when I texted her! :D

I recently got married and had Caity do my day-of wedding coordinating. I was on a very tight budget and she knew that, so as a friend, she offered to do it!! SOOO sweet of her! She jumped right in and we talked colors, theme, etc. She went out of her way to look at decor with me and talk big ideas. After a little while we got all of the 'big' things figured out and it was on to the smaller things, which I did most of on my own (totally fine because I just hired her for day of). She offered to put together the slideshow for the wedding and was VERY flexible and understanding about pictures that got lost in the mail (long story). She even worked on right up to the moment she left for a trip with her husband. She headed up the decorating for the reception and it turned out beautifully! I've gotten many compliments. All in all, Caity did a great job. There were a few things I brought up to her that she might be able to improve on (that's the only reason I didn't give her a 5/5) and she was very receptive. She is still learning the ropes but I know she's going to do great in this business!
