I found my dress on the sample, half-off rack at Luly Yang, and was so amazed that I could afford to buy a dress there! I felt that the service was really great, for the most part. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there were a lot of staff changes during my process, which made for some confusing fittings and appointments. I really liked my original consultant, and when she left, I got shuffled around a bit. I had a 1.5 hour fitting where they took many pictures and pinned lots of things, and 2 months later, when I came back, nothing had been done to the dress! I was pretty shocked. However, in the end, I felt that they took good care of me, and I absolutely felt like a beautiful bride in my dress. A once in a lifetime opportunity!

Just thinking about my gown brings tears to my eyes – I loved the blush color, the antique pink sash and the pale pink ruffles that cascade down its back. Luly Yang created the dream dress for me and her sweet and talented designer Lisa Marie Ottele was fabulous to work with.While the dress took almost a year to create (we made several changes to Ms. Yang's initial design), the gown was ready on time, it fit perfectly and it was everything a girl could wish for in a wedding dress. I'll spend the rest of my life in love with my husband and in love with my perfect wedding dress. Thank you Luly Yang!

I just love them!! I knew I wanted my outfit made by Luly the minute we started planning the wedding. I ordered my dress in December for our September wedding because I was so excited. My fitting was in July, and Luly was there to make sure everything went well. A few changes were made and I picked it up 3 weeks later. I loved it and can wear it again since I decided against a traditional gown. I also had a matching tie made for my groom.The service is exceptional and the quality of their work is unmatched by others.

Luly Yang custom created the most beautiful dress I've ever seen for my wedding. We got married in Florence, Italy, and everyone was in awe about the dress, and random strangers photographed us and told us how much they loved the dress, how I looked like a princess, etc. I absolutely adore everyone at Luly's boutique, they are so friendly, accommodating, warm and welcoming, and they do an amazing job, making sure you love the dress, fabrics, and that it fits perfectly. In addition they offer stunning jewelry , shoes, and other couture dresses. I am incredibly glad we traveled all the way to Seattle from another state to get my dress made here. It was so worth it!
