MR. RICK'S CATERING

We were very pleased with the food and service we recived! The only thing was the communication was hard at times meaning getting ahold of Mr. Rick but over all we were very satisfied!

Mr. Rick provided a wonderful meal for our wedding. He made a menu to suit our tastes and provided many options to choose from. The food was delicious and there was quite a bit left over. The food was an amazing value for the price. Mr. Rick was a little hard to get a hold of at times, but always returned my calls and emails. We will definitely use his services again.

I had an awesome time at our wedding. The only speed bump was Mr. Rick's. I was very clear about everything expected of him and his staff. He was provided with a detailed time-line of the night. He was over an hour late, and in result my family had to help serve the wine at cocktail hour. He had none of the beer cups for the keg. No wine glasses. (it was in the contract that he provided them) HE RAN OUT OF FOOD!!!! and yelled at guest for asking for coffee?? Please understand I was warned prior to using him but thought no he is so nice and had such good reviews. Wrong Late out of food and very rude to my family. Promised one thing and received another. We paid for for food for 140 people and only had 120 show up, yet we still ran out?? Good luck to the all the Brides :)

Mr Rick created a custom menu just for us based on our favorites. This was a hit at the wedding. He was a huge help as he not only assisted with the food, but cleanup, cake, and bartending. He also worked with our budget !

We had been given Mr. Rick's name from a family member who had him catering a wedding and retirement party (which I was at the wedding so I got to meet him). He is very jovial and kind and very helpful. We planned our wedding far in advance, about 10-11 months so he had plenty of time to go through details and get final counts. We told him what we would like for food and he said no problem. He worked up a menu in a few short days and quoted us a very, very reasonable buffet dinner. He had no problem with what we wanted as did a few other caterers that told us, "no, you don't want that. People like carving stations, not trays..." I liked that Mr. Rick really listened to what WE wanted and didn't force anything upon us. He was right there with us from the start not just with food, but linens and decorations as well. Him and his staff were again very helpful and very very reasonably priced.

I came across Mr. Rick’s catering when I volunteered a function that he provided service for. I was very impressed that he gives back to the community by donating his time and food. The food was also fantastic at this event. Mr. Rick provided catering and set-up for my wedding reception. He was very helpful and understanding to what our needs and wants were. He was on time, decorated beautifully, made sure that nothing ever ran out. He then cleaned the mess. I will say I really like the fact that he was willing to work with us and didn't charge ungodly prices so that the some guest’s dietary needs were accommodated. I would highly recommend his services. He is an outstanding, reasonably priced caterer, hands down!
