Bonnie was great to work with and made the perfect cake! It was absolutely beautiful and scrumptious! She even gave me a little sample cake after our consultation! I am looking forward to our 1 year anniversary when she will be making us another cake, so we didn't have to save the top! Totally worth every penny, it was absolutely gorgeous!

Bonnie at New Renaissance Cakes did an amazing job matching my beautiful wedding gown lace on the cake. I had a very unique Monique Lhullier lace design and she nailed it perfectly! The cake was magnificent, beautiful, and VERY tasty! She did such a great job that my brother and his wife picked Bonnie to do their cake as well. Their cake was completely different and just as beautiful, yummy, and memorable!

Bonnie took the time to discuss several different options for our cake. She was flexible and available to meet. Her cake samples were fresh and delicious, not frozen. On the day of our wedding, Bonnie was prompt and the cake looked better than I expected. We also received VERY generous portions. The cake was so delicious and because Bonnie doesn't freeze her cakes, fresh and moist!

Bonnie at New Renaissance Cakes is awesome. The cake was amazingly beautiful and to everyone's surprise, tasted great as well =) I was sad to see her unable to deliver it in person as I wanted to personally thank her, but she was very busy that day. Yum, yum, yum...I am so happy I was able to have our wedding cake done by New Renaissance Cakes. Bonnie was open to my design ideas and proceeded to take them to another level entirely. She totally delivered a cake that was beautiful and delicious (even a week later the cake is still fresh and delicious tasting!). Bonnie from New Renaissance cakes is phenomenal. My husband and I showed her a sketch that we designed based on a picture in a magazine, and she recreated it with every detail. She used rolled fondant to create beading, airbrushed parts of our cake silver, and offered suggestions to make the design even better! She was easy to work with, she delivered everything as expected on the big day, and we get a 6 inch cake on our 1 year anniversary! In addition to being stunning visually, the cake was AMAZING! Her flavors were incredible and we still get compliments about our cake.

Several years ago, my mom had cake at a wedding reception done by New Renaissance cakes. She has always remembered it, and when we started planning our wedding, she went ahead and emailed Bonnie to schedule a tasting for us. Being on a budget and just wanting a simple cake, I figured that wedding cake was something that didn't really matter and I could get a simple cake for a decent price at any bakery. After doing a few tastings, and comparing them to Bonnie's, it was an easy decision. This is by far the best cake I have ever had- I am really looking forward to when we get our anniversary cake! Along with just being amazing cake, Bonnie was flexible with our budget and with our flavor requests. We really wanted carrot cake, and although it isn't one of her usual flavors, she gladly created it for us. Our tasting experience with her was very professional and fun, and the day of our wedding the cake was delivered on time, and looking just as we had discussed. She did a wonderful job and we couldn't have been happier with our cake!

Bonnie is amazing! Of course the cakes are beautiful, but the TASTE is absolutely incredible. I don't really like cake and I was wolfing it down. Seriously, we had SO MANY guests talk about the cake, saying they aren't fans of cake normally, but had to know who we worked with so they could do the same. Bonnie was so patient with us, since we wanted an artsy cake, but it turned out so much more elegant and amazing than I could imagine. The costs are incredibly reasonable for the types of cakes offered in Seattle. You get high quality service, appearance, and taste for a really reasonable and doable amount. DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. Just make an appointment here!!!

This was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted! It was absolutely gorgeous, down to the last detail. Bonnie was always very flexible with us as to when we wanted to meet and she was so helpful when I kept changing my mind. Highly recommended!

Bonnie is a true artist, and makes both stunningly beautiful and delicious cakes for those in and around Seattle. I originally saw her work in Seattle Bride Magazine, and we quickly set up an appointment to meet. She was very professional and to the point. We chose our design and flavor, all for a resonable price. She was conscientious about calling me to iron out details along the way. And on our wedding day, she and the cake showed up right when she said they would, it was beautiful and it tasted like heaven :) (There were guests that had 4 or more pieces, it was that good!) She also was very flexible about cake size, colors, designs etc. The whole experience was great, and I would recommend her to anyone!

Bonny at New Renaissance cakes was just fabulous to work with! She had us come for a cake tasting and then was very open to our ideas for a 'cupcake tree'. Her cupcakes are a cut above since she uses a syringe to inject the regular cake filling into the middle of each cupcake; yum! She helped us to cut costs by not delivering and setting up the cupcake tree herself; a friend of ours picked up all the cakes and the stand at her bakery and did the set up, and returned the stand the next day.
