Salon Maison

I live in Washington but got married in San Diego. I chose Salon Maison because it is the VERY BEST in Washington. I had my trial run for my hair and make-up in Seattle, and because I had a mid-week wedding, was able to fly my consultant to San Diego for my hair and make-up. I have never felt so beautiful, and my hair and make-up were absolute perfection! The consultant was so professional and extremely experienced in bridal hair and make-up. Everything lasted ALL day and night, and I actually left my hair up that night, flew to my honeymoon, and was able to wear it to dinner that night before taking it out! I HIGHLY recommend Salon Maison for brides in the Seattle area! They even come to you for your trial run, and for your wedding day!!!!

All of the women in my bridal party had their hair and makeup done by Salon Maison. And every one looked fabulous! I had done my hair and makeup trial a few months earlier, and then a few days before my wedding I received a call from Salon Maison telling me that my stylist had a medical emergency and couldn't do my hair and makeup on my wedding day. The stylist they sent in her place was just as good and was able to recreate the look from my trial day. Three girls arrived at my hotel room the morning of the wedding, right on time, and quickly got to work. They listened to every one's requests and each girl looked absolutely beautiful. No one had any complaints, and our hair and makeup lasted through the night. I was very pleased and would definitely hire Salon Maison again. It might be a little pricier than just going to a regular salon, but it's definitely worth it.

I used Salon Maison for hair and make-up for my wedding day and absolutely loved the end result. They did exactly what I wanted and were so easy to work with. The staff is so friendly and enjoyable to be around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing hair and make-up for their special day!

The team at Salon Maison did the makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom and everyone was thrilled with the end result! The make up was flawless, and looked exactly like my trial run. The makeup held up for over 12 hours!

I received a prompt return phone call from Heidi. She was really friendly and helpful. Carla is the stylist that came to my house. She did hair and makeup for both my sister and I. She arrived on time and immediately set up. She was friendly and kept to the schedule well. I really liked my hair and makeup, although the makeup seemed a bit heavy. When I mentioned this Carla removed some and was willing to make some tweaks to the hair and makeup until I was satisfied. Overall it was a good experience.

I loved my wedding hair! I went for an updo – sort of an old fashioned look with hair twisted out of my face on either side and a low bun with gold ribbon weaved in. I did a trial session, but didn’t really have any changes for the actual day – my hair was spot on at the first try! Heidi is a brilliant professional with a passion for what she does. She was also super quick. I initially was going to cop out and go the cheap route with hair (think Gene Juarez Academy) and went for a trial session there…but that really turned out horribly – and it took over two hours for something Heidi could do in about 30-45 minutes. I am SO glad I decided to go with Salon Maison over the cheapo route (and really, it was pretty affordable for a wedding updo). On my wedding day, my hairstyle even stayed in place after a curtain rod fell on my head during family photos next to the giant windows in our venue. Now how’s that for “worth every penny”?

Salon Maison did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding. Not only are they great at what they do but the girls are so fun to work with! I love the fact that they come to your house to do a trial run a few weeks before the wedding. They really listen to what you want and will work with you until you have exactly the right look (no matter how long it takes, they were great enough to let me play around with a few ideas). I set it up for a day I was doing a dress fitting and it was awesome and a big relief to see exactly how I would look at my wedding. On the day I loved that I was a glammed-up version of myself but wasn't over-done. They do an amazing job and I plan on using them in the future for events and recommending them to all my friends.

I loved Salon Maison. My hair was amazing. I got so many compliments and still love to look at pictures. They came to my hotel room the morning of my wedding and did the whole wedding party. They were really flexible with all hair lengths and types and we all ended up looking awesome. They are so good - and it was so nice to relax the morning of the wedding and not have to go anywhere to get my hair done. LOVED THEM.

Since we had the room at Willows for the whole day, I decided to go with Salon Maison for on-site hair and makeup. The pricing was comparable (if not a bit cheaper) than going to a salon, and since most of my bridal party was from out of town, it made things much easier since we just had to get all the girls to one place. Our consultant was wonderful to work with and asked for feedback at both the trial and the wedding. I don't normally wear a ton of makeup, and she was able to give me a natural look that was a bit "pumped up". As an added bonus, I didn't feel like I had a ton of makeup caked onto my face - in fact, I barely felt like I was wearing any at all.

Salon Maison did an incredible job. They made my Bridesmaids and I feel the prettiest we have ever felt, effortlessly! We didn't even have to tell them what we like/what our favorite look is.

If you want the best I highly recommend Salon Maison! I had 3 trials with other companies and Salon Maison was by far the most experienced and professional. Angela came to me for the pre-session too and she had great ideas on what would look best on me with my gown and head piece. On the wedding day it was just as good as the pre-session. I got so many compliments. My make-up and hair stayed all night and even looked good the next morning. lol I wish I would have tried Salon Maison first instead of wasting my time and money on less expensive options first. It was so nice to have them come to me and was super fun too!

My family and friends called my wedding amazing ? and it was. I was so blessed with everything and the primary reason was because of the help of my Maid of Honor, my coordinator and the reviews I read on line from other brides. That is why I have to share my only vendor regret with future brides. So, that other brides do not have the same negative experience. I was the unconventional bride - I let me bridesmaids and flower girls pick there own dresses and shoes (from my color scheme). Everyone said I was so calm and happy. And I was ? until the morning of my wedding day. Part of my gift to my bridal party was being pampered by getting their hair and make up done by a specialist on the day of my wedding. I hired Salon Maison to do everyone hair and make-up. So, my bridal party and I had a slumber party at the Westin in Bellevue and had such a great time the night before that we were not ready when the make-up crew came in at 8:30 am to begin. So, that was my fault but I figured since I have already paid them to complete make-up and hair from 8:30 -12:30 pm ? we can start when the bride wants to start. Right? it is my day ? and I would never have asked them to stay past the already consulted time. So, they should begin when I want to begin. No, that was not the case ? they only waited 15 minutes for my maid of honor to have a quick shower before she was getting her hair and make-up done. Yet, one of the ladies was very rude and condescending to me (the bride). In fact, she so ruined my day that I would have rather done my own make-up I so regret using them ? my bridesmaids sit around and talk about how horrible that time was instead of what an awesome time it was getting ready together. She started my morning off horribly. I am not sure if she had a horrible morning or why she was so rude and condescending ? but I will never recommend them to anyone. In fact, just don?t use them ? it is not worth it. There are too many other make-up artists around that are just as good if not better ? who will not be unpleasant, rude or condescending. In fact, I have heard that some will actual make your experience memorable for the right reasons. So, as a business woman ? if you are going to spend money getting your make up done ? do it with someone else. I still feel sick to my stomach about my day getting ready for my wedding

I wasn't blown away with their customer service, but they did an amazing job on what I booked them for. I looked exactly how I wanted to look on my wedding day and my bridesmaids looked gorgeous as well. Elina was my stylist and she was so sweet and did an amazing job. I wish I could make myself look the way she made me look everyday!

Both the hair stylist and make-up artist did fantastic jobs, and they were very friendly and kept me at ease while preparing for the big day. They were right on schedule, both in arriving at my hotel and in the length of time spent to do my hair and make up...

Salon Maison did an excellent job on the bridal party's hair and makeup. The staff was very friendly and willing to work at the ceremony location, which made for a less harried day for the bride and bridesmaids (i.e., no shuttling to and from the salon).

Heidi was so much fun and so talented. Everyone looked better than amazing. We threw in people at the last minute and she still had everyone done early, so there was no stress to get done on time. My hair looked better than in the trial run and stayed put all night and even looked great the next day. She knows was she's doing. Don't make the mistake of hiring the same people that cut and dye your hair, they do not have the expertise that Salon Maison can offer you. I had a bridal party of girls with short hair that never wear makeup, but they each had a style which allowed them to look like themselves and that they were comfortable with while looking glamorous. We're going to book her for a night on the town soon. Don't waste time looking anywhere else, book her now!

Salon Maison was professional, timely and efficient with my hair and makeup - for me & 2 girls & my mom! She allowed us to feel natural, comfortable and just like ourselves with her around. She gave me a dream hair do that lasted all night and the makeup was natural and free feeling. They work with MAC makeup which is such a good makeup product and works good on all skins!

Salon Maison is a great company to go with if you want to look your best and be a beautiful bride/ or member in the wedding party. I loved my consultation appointment and I had a lot of fun seeing the different ideas or options that my consultant gave me. I appreciated how they COME TO YOU and meet your needs, no matter how far your consultant may live. Also, they were very flexible when I added my mom and my maid of honor the day of. They did a great job. I received so many compliments!! I was super impressed by the makeup that they used too. I cried so much while walking down the aisle, but with a few dabs, my makeup was still intact and didnt look I was crying at all. They made my mom and maid of honor look beautiful.
