Seattle Tennis Club is where we had the reception and Amy Rathbone, the Catering manager was amazing to work with. After looking at several venues (Lake Union Café, The Canal, Columbia Tower, Alexis Hotel, Salish Lodge….the list goes on), I stumbled upon the Seattle Tennis Club after a recommendation from a co-worker that was married there as well as various people in the wedding industry. The venue is beautiful. In the summer, they open the banquet room up so if you have an outdoor wedding the view would be breathtaking. Our wedding was this past November so that option was not available for us, but we loved it. I love the country club feel and the venue matched it perfectly with our vintage wedding theme. The food was delicious, we went to the tasting they had last year and tried everything. Our guests were amazed by the food. Amy also knew tons of people in the wedding industry so if you needed any recommendations she would be happy to help. The service on our wedding day was stellar. I highly recommend the Seattle Tennis Club!

This venue is incredible. It really offers the best of Seattle. It has a very private, secluded feel, compared to hotels and other facilities. You have a great lake front location with an elegant, classic ballroom. Amy Rathebone is the catering manager there, and she was great to work with. She was super friendly and very accomodating. I was able to customize our meal since I'm a vegetarian and didn't really love any of the suggested options (we went with truffled mac and cheese, and it was delicious and the way they did it was elegant enough to be served with the filet mignon and dungeness crab stuffed salmon, which EVERYONE LOVED.) I have to say, the food on the day of was even better than during the tasting (although it was still good then too!). The whole day was beautiful and perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. I'm so glad that we chose this venue.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Seattle Tennis Club. Amy, the wedding coordinator, made herself available for meetings and independent tastings when my husband was in town during the planning phase (he was living on the east coast) and the day of was AMAZING!!!! Everything was taken care of, the service was phenomenal, and everything was in it's place. I've been to two weddings since mine and they have made me even more appreciative and grateful of the exceptional service we got with the STC.

Just amazing! Amy the Catering Manager worked with me through every detail to plan our wedding day. The Banquet Manager and staff were awesome! It turned out absolutely gorgeous! We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day with a slight breeze. The water and mountain were spectacular. The service was excellent! It was truly a perfect day for our wedding! Our family and friends can't stop talking about how beautiful and delicious everything was!

This was an amazing venue that allowed us to have the ceremony and reception in one location! It was beautiful, right on the water! The grounds are beautifully maintained and I thought the food was very fairly priced. The staff was wonderful the day of the wedding, extremely professional and courteous. Amy Rathbone was a dream to work with! She helps to coordinate the wedding the day of so you don't have to hire a wedding planner. I would recommend this venue to anyone. You don't have to be members to have your wedding here. I deducted .1 point for the cost of the wine and beer which added up. If you want an outdoor wedding in Seattle on the water, stop looking because you won't find a better venue!

I had the most amazing time planning my wedding with the STC coordinator. She was so helpful and flexable with the different requests that we had. My Wedding night was absolutely perfect and I was ablet to relax and have fun during my reception because I knew that it was all under control. I also had one person managing the whole event that checked in with me to make sure everthing was going according to plan. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

The Seattle Tennis Club was the most fabulous venue for my beautiful November wedding reception. The service was impeccable from our initial meeting thru the day after the wedding when the remaining flowers were picked up. Extremely flexible, quick to respond, and accommodating any request are just a few of the qualities this venue has to offer. The professionalism of the staff was top notch and from the beginning, I knew my reception was in good hands. I recommend this venue to any bride who values a beautiful location, wonderful service, and delicious food!

The STC did a wonderful job adapting to the weather changes. I was scheduled for an outdoor wedding, but it was a monsoon on Labor Day weekend. The Plan B inside was beautiful and well executed. The catering manager is very helpful in making sure you think of everything before the day of your wedding. The restrictions on wines on the list and liquor are somewhat limiting, but the STC is willing to work with you if you ask for other options.

The food was exceptional. We were able to go to a tasting and select our menu. The staff was very flexible and created a menu to fit our taste. I can still taste the chicken torte's, they were fabulous! We were able to create a menu that pleased our taste as well as my parents and their friends! It was wonderful.

Overall I was very pleased with our experience at the Seattle Tennis Club. There were a couple of small things on the day of our wedding (for example, the grass wasn't green, and we were told that they normally spray it green if it's been a dry summer) that went unaddressed, but Amy was very sweet and easy to work with.

Overall our experience with the Seattle Tennis Club was excellent. The only feedback we have to offer is for our outside wedding ceremony and reception, the large sand box should have been raked to have a more professional appearance. We understood that this was to be done.

The Seattle Tennis Club and Amy Rathebone were incredible! Our outdoor wedding on the shore of Lake Washington with Mt. Rainier in the background was beautiful. The staff at the Tennis Club were very professional and left us with no complaints. Amy was a real asset, making sure everything in the ceremony went off without a hitch. They were flexible and met our needs while offering all of the advice we needed to plan our wedding out perfectly. Overall, we don't think we could have had a better setting for our wedding and reception, or better service from the staff there. Oh yeah... the food was awesome!

The Seattle Tennis Club was amazing to work with. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the wedding coordinator were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the ballroom is pretty all in itself and doesn't need a lot of decorations. The colors of the room go well with a lot of different color schemes as well. The main reason I chose this venue is because of the amazing views of Lake Washington, but I was so thankful for the people who I worked with as well. Mainly Amy Rothbone, who is the coordinator. She was great, great help and very fun to plan with. Also, I must note that when a small crisis developed on my wedding day the staff worked very hard to fix it, even before I found out. I was so thankful for their dedication to making my day wonderful. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about and I was very happy with my venue choice and their service provided.

Our reception at The Seattle Tennis Club was perfect! The staff was all so friendly and were wonderful to work with to help us plan, set up and take down our event. With the STC's beautiful outdoor and indoor settings we do not think there is a more elegant venue in Seattle!! Every guest would agree that the food was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent.

The place was gorgeous! I wanted to have an outdoor ceremony in the garden, and my husband wanted to have a ceremony near the water. We can have both at Seattle Tennis Club.The reception area is also amazing (both before and after being decorated). The food was delicious, especially the Seared Ahi on Crispy Wontons.Amy, the catering manager, really helped us a lot. She's very patient with us and always explained everything to us thoroughly.The price for the venue and the food is affordable.The only drawback is the guests have to park on the street, so it's kinda hard for them to find a good and legal parking spot :)But fortunately, the family and the bridal party can park inside the parking lot.
