The time and attention that was spent on me while trying on dresses was amazing. The Elegant Bride made a somewhat of a stressful situation into a fun and enjoyable event. They were very helpful in answering all of my and my families questions about wedding attire and jelwery. The Elegant Bride was willing to work with me on the delivery of my dress as well. Since I like in Alaska, we thought it would be difficult, but The Elegant Bride was more than willing to work with us. I would recommend The Elegant Bride to anyone! Thanks you Elegant Bride!

We were very pleased with our experience at The Elegant Bride. Even though they were busy, they let us take our time. Sometimes my daugther and I would just stand and look in the mirror with her in her gown, trying to enjoy the moment, knowing that the experience would come and go so quickly. We had our fitting alterations done here. We also wanted a few changes done to the dress as well. Irina was great! She could invision what we were wanting and she made the changes. The final dress was beautiful! We will not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding/special event dress.

I love the Elegant Bride! I had planned a very small wedding in Las Vegas last minute, giving me only 4 weeks to get everything planned. I made an appointment for the same week that I called (surprising, especially during June). When I got there, I was treated excellently by the staff! I worked closely with the front desk gal (can't remember name, young with brown hair), and she was great at figuring out what I liked, and what my budget was. They are not interested in selling you the most expensive dress, they just want your day to be perfect. But do keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Although I had originally planned on getting a very casual white dress, I tried on a corseted formal number that was reminiscent of old Hollywood, and was immediately over the moon! I had found my dress in less than 2 hours. I ended up spending a little more that I was planning, but I HAD to have that dress, and paid for it on the spot! They made minimal alterations, and had to order a veil and assessory for the outfit, which took only a few days. We ended up running around Las Vegas in our wedding clothes (even going on the rollercoaster at New York New York), and it withstood the abuse with flying colors. I'm glad I had the bustle tailored on to the dress, because my train was at least 4-6 feet long! Since I was taking the dress on an airplane, they even gave me tips on how to take care of the dress during transport, and told me that the taffetta material of the dress was excellent for travelling. The proof is in the pudding! I had professional pictures taken, and I love them! The dress fits like a dream, is of the highest quality, and is extremely unique. My now husband has since told me that he loves the dress, and was truly breathless when he saw me in it and all "done up". He's glad that I went to the Elegant Bride too! Thank you for helping me make our day so special!

I bought my dress right before leaving the country, only getting back a few weeks before my wedding. The staff was very helpful in getting me in to make the fittings in time for everything. They guarantee elegance at an affordable price and that's what I got. I loved my dress and it was worth every cent.

I LOVED my dress. Irina was great. I originally fell in love with a different dress but it didn't come in white white, just an off white. I tried on my dress and it was great but I still liked the other one better because of some detailing it had on it. Irina held up a necklace on my dress (it looked like the strip of beading on the other dress) and it instantly was perfect! I also got my alterations done here and the alterations lady was awesome! She helped me pick out the extra detail for the dress which I would not have been able to do without her. I also think the prices here are cheaper because it is in Tacoma instead of Seattle.

I love my dress! The people at the shop were very kind and helpful. Best of all they were not pushy and gave me the time I needed to decide on a dress! They never made me feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend them to anyone

Irina, the owner of Elegant Bride, cannot be matched in expertise! She helped me to find the absolute perfect dress for my body type, and I found it within 5 dresses! I had been to several other bridal gown salons, but my experience at the Elegant Bride was beyond compare! The alterations were done very quickly and well for a very low price. The gown was also relatively low in price, but incredibly beautiful, and perfect for me.

My mother and I stopped by one afternoon to look at dressed, but the were unfortunately closed. Someone was inside and decided to let us in because we were only in the area for that day. So I basically got a private dress showing. They were very helpful in suggesting dress, since I had no idea what I was looking for. I found the perfect dress that day. They had to have it rush ordered for me and did all of the alterations very quickly. I really enjoyed my experience with The Elegant Bridal Salon so much that a year later I took my best friend to find her wedding dress there and she loved it too.

They have a beautiful assortment of gowns, are quick, friendly, and VERY high quality. They customer service girls are excellent as well! I would highly recommend checking into their services for your wedding gown!

She makes the veil, so they are made to order, start at $50 with price going up depending on what the customer wants. I went with her recommendation of putting little pearls and crystals on the edge of the veil, which as it turned out she had to sow by hand and did a beautiful job. Irina does an excellent job advising brides on the style of the dress that complements their shape instead of pushing the whole package of (shoes, bridesmaids gowns, mothers gown, ect.) like some franchise stores where sales women work on commission. I would highly recommend her to every bride.

I live in a major city on the East Coast. I was recently engaged and visiting my family in the Seattle area. My sister had previously had a wonderful experience purchasing a bridesmaid dress from The Elegant Bride, so my mom was keen for me to visit. I honestly thought I'd just try some dresses with my mom and grandmother to involve them in the process, and then I'd buy my dress from a high end boutique back where I live. I was blown away by The Elegant Bride. From the customer service (Steve, one of the owners, was our personal GPS on the phone helping us get there as my mom managed to get all turned around--the shop is not hard to find, she just took every wrong turn you could, hehe) to the detailed attention from Irina when we finally did arrive. I had no idea of what I was looking for, only what I didn't want, and she walked my mom, my grandmother, and me through the process, seated my family, and on the 3rd dress--I found it!! My dress is amazing. It was like nothing I had seen before. I COULD NOT BELIEVE the prices! They included all sorts of extras. I was so excited, I felt like I was part of their family. They managed to get my dress in very quickly. Irina came up with some creative customizations for the dress that I'm excited to see. I'll be headed in soon to get it as our wedding is coming up. I have shown the pictures of me trying on my dress to friends out here on the East Coast, and I have friends who are seriously considering traveling out to Pacific Northwest to go to The Elegant Bride. I just can't say enough about how amazing the entire experience was in shopping for a dress, purchasing a dress, and the support Steve and Irina have given me through the process. Fastest and easiest decision I've made in wedding planning. Even my wedding planner has now sent brides up to The Elegant Bride who have traveled from other states. I had a wonderful time finding my wedding dress of my dreams. My mother sister and maid of honor all attended and they all had a great time. They are very patient with you and don't try to talk you into something you don't like. I loved that!! Thank you Elegant Bride Team.

Irina was excellent, she knew exactly what types of dresses for me to try on for my body type. She knew what accessories would go with the dresses and where to pin and tuck or sew for alterations. I made a sunday appointment, it was very nice and personable. Had a great experiance. Very excited to wear my dress on my special day!!!

I didn't get my dress here but they were one of the few places around here that would alter my dress. They did a spectacular job! They made me feel at home and told me honestly what I needed. For example I was going to borrow a friends underskirt for my dress, they showed me that it was way too full and would make me way too hot on the wedding day, I am SO glad I took their advice!

The staff is SO helpful and their selection is unbeatable. I had selected a dress that they suddenly did not carry anymore. I was so sad, but I found something that was just as nice but it wasn't the silk dress I wanted to purchase. They have a great trunk sale and tons of designer dresses for less. Irina is the one of the best seamstresses I've ever worked with and was very helpful when selecting accessories.

We came here against my will. I read alot of comments that didn't seem very positive. I am SO glaad I went! They were very busy but ALL their staff did a great job making us feel special. I had two different people pulling dresses for me and I thought they couldn't possibly know what I like but they narrowed it down and after four dresses, they found "the one". They are so excited for you and you truly feel like you have a cheer team on your side. Big smiles for The Elegant Bride!

I was working with another company and the other company gave me so many different answers as to when my dress would arrive. Every phone call when I spoke to the other company, the price kept going up and up and up. I had my daughter research what other bridal stores carries my dress and she found The Elegant Bride Salon. Within an hour The Elegant Bride Salon contacted the manufacturer and got a confirmed date of when my dress would arrive and signed me on the spot and had my dress ordered within that time frame. I felt like they went way out of their way to service me even with me leaving out of town that same day. The Elegant Bride Salon gave me the best customer service I could ask for. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The dress came in at the last minute, but they were excellent in making perfect alterations in no time and working around our time constraints to make it all happen. It was completely worth it and I felt like I was in the hands of an extremely skilled seamstress.
