Our guys mainly used the Lynnwood location. TERRIBLE. First they gave us bow ties instead of neck ties, then a few of my guys had misfitting pieces to their suit, one of which was never fixed. Had to go back multiple times for missing shoes, cuff links, etc. I would never recommend this place!

We only got our ties from the tux shop... but the customer service was great! Every time we went in there they acted like we were friends and made sure to tell us congratulations. GREAT customer service.

The great thing about the Tux Shop is that if you have groomsmen in other cities they can pick up their tux at their local vendor. Also, you can return them at any location. We were happy with the tuxes we received and had great service from the salespeople.
