Trophy Cupcakes and Party

Trophy Cupcakes was a great vendor to work with. They provided us with beautiful and delicious cupcakes for my wedding and they were a huge hit at our wedding. They customized the design of the flower on the top and were very flexible. The top cake was very good (and was the only cupcake that I ate that night:) ). Thanks Trophy!

We loved the cupcakes! Not only were they delicious, but the decorations were amazing! So many of our guests commented on how great they were and how amazing of an idea it was to do them instead of a wedding cake! We loved their ability to work with us on short notice too!

I really have nothing bad to say. My guests were so pleased that we went with four different types of mini cupcakes, which allowed people to try different flavors. I knew what I wanted and they were able to deliver it to me without any issues.

These cupcakes are amazing. We tried a lot of cakes and cupcakes, and while many are good, I think I fell in love with Trophy Cupcakes because they are simply put, experts at the basics. Their vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting tastes like they took your favorite grandmother's recipe but used the best vanilla and best cocoa they could find. Similarly, the chocolate cupcake isn't over done, it's just really good chocolate cake with the most amazing tasting and textured vanilla frosting you could imagine. They have different types of frosting (butter cream, cream cheese and I believe a sugar based one) but they had the hands down best butter cream frosting I've ever had. It's not too sweet, but not plain by any means and I would borderline say it is refreshing. That is my personal recommendation. Anybody who takes a bite of their original vanilla with chocolate frosting or chocolate with vanilla frosting is going to be instantly in love and nostalgic. Now if you want to mix it up a bit, I highly recommend the hummingbird and the coconut cupcake with coconut frosting. The more decadent cupcakes are great too!In terms of service, the cupcake tasting we signed up for was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. They do all their tastings at the main Seattle branch. We went into the Bellevue Trophy Cupcake, explained the situation and the awesome person their went ahead and gave us six free cupcakes to sample. We then went in for a consultation on cupcake design, etc... at the main Trophy Cupcake in Seattle and once again they gave us another six plus free cupcakes to sample and take home. Be prepared to eat a lot of cake. My last word of advise and why I only give them a 3 for flexibility. Pay the $75 for delivery and setup! It seems like a lot, but it is a serious pain in the neck to arrange for someone to pick up the cupcakes and ensure that they make it to your wedding in one piece. We didn't pay for delivery and by the time we decided we needed it, they were booked solid. So here is the problem, unless you pay for delivery, they have VERY set hours and would not make arrangements for us to come in before they opened to pick up the cupcakes. This became a huge ordeal since our wedding was on a Sunday at 11am. There is one easy way to avoid this problem though, pay for delivery!All of our guests raved about how excellent the cupcakes were and I would recommend Trophy Cupcake to anybody for just about any occasion.

It's all about the cupcakes. We were able to go to a cake tasting at the Trophy Cupcake shop where they even sent us home with free cupcakes, always a plus. They were able to custom make our pink champagne cake topper for us to cut into and then they created the most amazing cupcake display for our guests. They even brought boxes for us to send cupcakes home with our guests. People to this day still talk about the Snickerdoodle cupcakes!

I LOVED my wedding cupcakes! Trophy did a fabulous job! I was so excited to see how they turned out and it was just perfect! Jennifer really understood what I was looking for and it showed.I fell in love with Trophy Cupcakes the first time I tried them and knew that when I had a wedding, I'd have Trophy Cupcakes there for sure! It was easy to set up a tasting appointment and Jennifer let us try out some of the featured flavors. We were on a sugar buzz the rest of the night. At the wedding, they were a hit! Kids (and adults) swiped them off the table before they were served, but I can't blame them! So tempting to see the tower o' delicious cupcakes! A lot of brides don't finish a slice of cake or CUPCAKE at their own weddings. There was no way I was letting my red velvet cupcake go to waste! Yum!

I am so glad we went with Trophy Cupcakes for our wedding. They were such a hit, and EVERYONE was talking about the cupcakes. Some of our out of town guests have asked me if they mail order.Trophy was fantastic to work with. They were very organized, and the cupcake tasting was so much fun to do with my husband. We had such a great day as they gave us our pick of the cupcakes to taste and coffee. One of the best decisions we made!

My husband and I used Trophy Cupcakes for our wedding in September 2009. We picked Lemon, Carrot Walnut, Chocolate Vanilla and Snickerdoodle (which we also used for our cutting cake!) - Everything was better than I could've hoped for, the set-up was perfect, and all of my guests commented on how delicious everything was. We worked with both Jihan and Kinsey throughout the process and found that they were both informative, professional and very helpful! Since our wedding we have gone back a couple of different times to check out the "specials" and new seasonal flavors!

The cupcakes were fantastic and the display was beautiful! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a bride who doesn't want a traditional wedding cake.

Our cupcakes were absolutely wonderful! Jennifer Shea personally set them up, after about 9 months of emailing with me to get the decorations absolutely perfect. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. My grandpa, who thought wedding cupcakes were a strange idea, ended up eating two. You can't go wrong with Trophy Cupcakes!

Trophy Cupcakes are my (and my husband's) favorite cupcakes in the world! So we knew we had to have them for our wedding. Their responsiveness to e-mails is a little slow, but give them a call and you'll be in touch with someone right away. Their tasting (YUM!) sent us into a sugar coma, but in a good way, and they usually give you leftovers to take home!The cupcakes were beautiful. We didn't really customize them because we love the way they look already, and it's fairly expensive to have them customized. The only thing I wish is that we didn't have to pay extra for flavors they weren't already make on "our day" (They have a day-by-day schedule of what cupcakes they make that day.)We got rave reviews from people who don't even like cupcakes and more from the people who do. They do a great job with set up and are really friendly. Plus they taste AMAZING.

Super yummy cupcakes! Jennifer and Kinsey were very helpful, and the finished product was exactly what we had wanted. Would highly recommended.

I used Trophy Cupcakes for my reception and while their cupcakes were delicious, I was very disappointed in their service. When I first contacted them via email, I never received any response from 3 emails sent from 2 different email addresses requesting information. When I finally got a response, the person I dealt with primarily was not responsive to my emails or calls, despite leaving frantic messages in the week before my event. I would have switched vendors, but at the at point it was much to close to the date. I eventually was put in touch with a different person at Trophy who was much more responsive and helpful but by then it was too little to late.Again, the cupcakes were delicious and we got many compliments on them, but if I had the time, I would have probably gone elsewhere for cupcakes.

ABSOLUTELY amazing! Jennifer (the owner) followed through with everything and not one mistake was made. The cupcakes are amazing.... I highly recommend the COCONUT. The cake that you and the groom get to cut is absolutely amazing and fresh (you have an option of flavors from about 3-4 different ones) and then several different cupcake flavors to choose from. We had about 5! They were so popular. They are still my favorite cupcakes in the world! You can't do any better than TROPHY cupcakes and party for your wedding. Good Luck and have fun planning!

It was a little difficult to initially make contact with Trophy, but once we did everything went smoothly. We got married in mid-December when things were not busy, and were able to book them on about 2-3 weeks notice. I got in on a group tasting and got to try a zillion flavors of cupcakes. I was so stuffed by the end! We ended up getting the stand and one cupcake for each guest. We went with 4 different flavors and everyone loved them. We had a small cake on top because my husband wanted to do the traditional cake cutting. Yum yum :) We did not get the ribbon on the stand, I thought it looked better without it. I LOVED having cupcakes at the reception. Each guest got to choose what flavor they wanted, and they were a huge hit. I would definitely recommend over the traditional wedding cake. Trophy was really easy to work with. I would recommend Trophy Cupcake to brides looking to do something different than the traditional cake. You can still have a small cake on top (they can make a small cake of any of their cupcake flavors) for the cake cutting if you want. Go in for a tasting if you are considering this vendor!

We were quite surprised at how poor the service was in the wedding dept. of such highly praised establishment. It took several emails over the course of a couple of weeks and more than a few phone calls to get any service. Then we went back and forth with them over the contract and colours, etc. I was so disenchanted that I almost went somewhere else but our deadline was very close so we stuck with them. They offered an extra dozen cupcakes for our troubles. But, then we didn't get to meet with them until 1 week before our wedding day. It was very nerveracking. Then on the day of the wedding they showed up 1 1/2 hours late with our cupcakes. It still turned out fine because they came while we were having our ceremony so noone knew the difference-except us.Great product but not so great customer service.

These cupcakes are amazing!! We had a tower of assorted mini cupcakes and they were a hit - everyone loved them! The ingredients are fresh and they look great on display...and the bite-size ones were perfect for our dessert buffet.

OMG THESE WERE AMAZING! We were able to get mini cupcakes, so our guests could try all three flavors. And they were adorable. And we didn't have to do any ridiculous cake cutting. And they were SOOOO GOOD. The woman was on Martha Stewart, so what do you expect. And, instead of freezing some cake to eat on our anniversary we can just go down to trophy and order some more. For a couple bucks. LOVE IT.
