Our cakes are made in the French artisan tradition called entremet - which means they are made up of many thin layers of cake soaked in syrup, and filled with mousses, creams, curds, compotes and ganache. They are a complex mixture of flavor and texture. Everything is made fresh from minimal, raw, whole food ingredients, using authentic old world methods. Not only are they delicious and innovative, they feel sublime in the mouth and throat. No need to pick a wedding cake that needs to be washed down with coffee. No grit, grease or grime, and no chemical or artificial flavor. Don't want a wedding cake? No problem! We do a full variety of desserts and both sweet and savory pastries, cheese and accoutrement platters, and more.
